Connecting with Graduates

The Epsilon Lambda Chapter at Michigan State reached out to IHQ for a mailing list of their graduate brothers. They sent a message of encouragement to their graduates during these trying time, and they received an overwhelming number of positive responses.

IHQ wants to encourage our chapters to send out their own messages and continue to reach out and check in with their chapter's graduates.

Contact the Coordinator of Communications Paige Prylinski if you need an updated mailing list of your graduates. You can also visit our Graduate Communication Services page on the website to fill out a Mailing Request Form. IHQ graduate communication services will help you design, print and distribute emails, postcards or letters to your chapter's graduates.

Thank you to the Epsilon Lambda Chapter for sharing their message and positive feedback with us.

PCI Directory Project

Phi Gamma Delta partnered with PCI (Publishing Concepts) to undergo a Graduate Brother Directory project. This is a comprehensive alumni directory project. The main goal is to get updated information from our graduate brothers to retain the most up-to-date database. Per the contracts, if brothers order a directory, they should expect it to be delivered within 12 months of the first alumni contact.

Please encourage your graduate brothers to update their information as this is also an opportunity for chapters to update their internal databases.

More information about the project and FAQs can be found here on the website.

Please contact the Coordinator of Communications Paige Prylinski with any questions you may have.
