Are you ready to take your chapter to new heights? The Summit is a new event that expands upon the former Recruitment Workshop to include recruitment and new member education onboarding strategies and tactics.

Recruitment is not just the lifeblood of a healthy fraternity, but the best cure of apathy and an opportunity for improvements. However, our efforts are wasted if we do not have a useful and meaningful new member education process. To grow, succeed and achieve the greatness we all desire, we need both!

Who Should Attend?

This event is primarily for recruitment chairmen and new member educators, but any leaders in a chapter/colony are welcome to attend, learn and go home to make an impact with your organization!

The recruitment chairmen track will break down the elements of dynamic recruitment in an engaging and exciting way. With a focus on building a culture around positive relationships and belonging, participants will design a recruitment plan for the upcoming academic year.

New Member Education is intended to be a meaningful and engaging experience. Through a variety of activities and discussions, new member educators will develop a unique and custom program for their chapter/colony.

Event Details

The Summit will be held at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, KY, and begins Friday afternoon (June 28) and concludes Sunday morning (June 30).

Registration fee is $120 per registrant. This fee will cover: a Friday BBQ at IHQ, Saturday breakfast and lunch, Sunday breakfast, lodging at the University of Kentucky, and all training materials. The cost does not cover travel to Lexington or dinner on Saturday evening.
