174th Ekklesia - Vendors & Sponsors

Event Details

• Dates: August 11-14, 2022
• Location: Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel: 999 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001
• Description: “Ekklesia” is a Greek term for “Gathering”. The Ekklesia meets every two years and serves as the primary legislative body of the Fraternity. The group amends the Bylaws of the Fraternity and elects new Board members. Educational sessions and fun social activities balance out the time.
• Attendees: 700+ expected. 80-90% are undergraduate students, and the remaining are alumni advisors ranging in age from 25 to 75.
• Past Vendors: Exhibitors and vendors in the past have primarily sold clothing, jewelry and management software & services.
• Register: Ekklesia Vendor Registration is open until July 18, 2022. Contact Todd Rotgers with registration questions.

Vendor & Sponsorship Fees

The Vendor Fee for the Ekklesia is $500. This includes:

• Up to 2 representatives*
• Clothed 6’ table (electricity upon request)*
• Company name and logo on the website, sponsor recognition materials and session slideshows

*Note: A limited number of additional tables or representatives may be added for a nominal fee. And Ekklesia a la cart meal tickets/events are available for purchase.

We negotiated a group rate of $189/night + tax for a king bedroom and $209/night + tax for a double bedroom. To guarantee our negotiated room rate, reservations must be made by July 18, 2022.
