The Summit
The Summit is an interactive, weekend-long event developed for Built to Lead Chairs, Foundation of Courage Chairs, New Member Educators and Recruitment Chairs. Each year, the event is held in June or July, in the Lexington, Kentucky area.
All attendees will be expected to complete Certified Recruiter Training before attending the Summit. The training is presented in eight self-paced modules that can be accessed on a phone. The training takes about two hours total to complete. The training is offered by PhiredUp and is FREE to all Phi Gamma Delta members using the link above.
For Early Adopter Chapters: Chapters that have already adopted the New Model have benefits for attending The Summit. An Early Adopter chapter can use Built to Lead Grant money to cover registration fees for members. The Fraternity will also reimburse reasonable travel costs for up to one member per track.
