Denial of Chapter Privileges
Denial of Chapter Privileges is the fourth degree penalty of members in Phi Gamma Delta. Members may be placed on this status by either a cabinet or chapter trial. Denial of Chapter Privileges is governed by section 19.33 of the Bylaws, which reads: "The penalty of denial of chapter privileges, including house privileges, for such period of time as is specified, may not for an undergraduate member exceed the duration of the member's registration at such college or university at which such chapter is located. Such penalty can also include denial of the rights and privileges of a member in any graduate chapter."
