Rob is responsible for the overall Fraternity Headquarters operation. He works with legal matters, liability insurance coverage, public relations, and interfraternal matters. He works most closely with the Archons and Appointed General Officers and is the point of contact for chapters seeking Pig Dinner speakers from the International Fraternity. Rob is also the primary contact at the Headquarters for any chapter emergencies that arise.

Assistant Executive Director

Todd provides leadership to the undergraduate services team, overseeing all activities related to the support and educational offerings to existing chapters and expansion to new campuses. Todd has primary responsibility for chapter conduct issues, leads the Fraternity’s hazing prevention efforts and oversees chapter advisor support and training. He serves as the primary point of contact for interfraternal single-campus issues and IFC-related initiatives. Todd also manages and plans the Ekklesia and Fiji Academy.

 Chief Financial Officer

Will oversees all financial operations of the International Headquarters and Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation. He also directs the accounting staff in their preparation of the Fraternity's budget and monthly financial reports. He processes all AAA Scholarship applications, in addition to restricted and chapter payments.
Additionally, Will serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Foundation.

 Senior Director of Chapter Services
Noah leads all activities related to the support, resources and services provided to undergraduate chapters and colonies, working closely with chapter advisors and campus partners to develop enhancement plans for under-performing chapters. He also has primary responsibility for coordinating The Summit and the alcohol-free housing exemption process.

 Senior Director of Education
Lauren manages the Fraternity’s undergraduate educational activities and related initiatives. This includes health and safety education, leadership education and development, new member education programming and monitoring, online learning development, philanthropy, service and scholarship.  Senior Director of Graduate Engagement

Dio manages the Fraternity's graduate dues program, assists graduate chapters, supports undergraduate chapters with their graduate relations and leads graduate engagement efforts. He is the point of contact for chapters seeking Pig Dinner speakers from the International Fraternity, and he provides support to graduate volunteers.
This position also shares time (up to 50% on a fluctuating basis) with the Educational Foundation.

 Director of Chapter Services - West
Emily is the primary point of contact for undergraduate chapters and colonies in the Great Plains, Southwest and West Regions. Erica is responsible for the production and design of The Phi Gamma Delta magazine and “The Friday Letter” monthly eNewsletter. She manages the Fraternity's website and social media accounts, and she develops new methods of communication and marketing for the Fraternity. Tyler is charged with seeking opportunities for the Fraternity to establish new or re-establish dormant chapters across North America. He manages all expansion projects so that our colonies are started with our high standards of membership and prepared to be successful long-term chapters. Amy manages all new member processing and initiation reporting and fees in our membership records. She handles all chapter billing and account receivables as well as undergraduate payment plans.  Senior Executive Assistant
Taren communicates with the Archons, general officers, Financial Advisory Board members and Section Chiefs, in addition to handling clerical duties for directors and other fraternity staff. She updates address changes, Chapter Officers and academic grades, and maintains the Minimum Standards statistics. In addition to her administrative duties, she prepares Fiji Sire & Son certificates and Silver, Gold and Diamond Owl certificates upon request. She also posts Pig Dinner information on the Phi Gam website.

Mahogany processes all new member registrations. She provides support to various staff members by utilizing membership data to create reports, documents and certificates, and she provides phone, mail and shipping assistance. She also assists brothers by processing orders through the online Chapter Store and orders membership items for newly initiated brothers.
