June 14-15, 2013
This summer, Phi Gams from across North America can hone their recruitment skills in Lexington, KY. This is a great opportunity for any brother to help improve his chapter's recruitment efforts.
The workshop will review key recruitment topics such as:
-Building and maintaining a prospect list
-Values-based recruitment criteria
-How to cold-call new prospects
The workshop will begin Friday afternoon with an introduction to Dynamic Recruitment and continue through Saturday afternoon with small-group sessions on the topics listed above and more.
Most importantly, you will leave this workshop with real tools to take back to your chapter and train your brothers to recruit the best men on campus.
